Brief Phone Interview During a telephone conversation, we jointly decide if Sweeney Builder’s Strengths will match the prospective client’s needs or desires.
Initial Project Consultation Services (No Charge) A single project meeting and consultation with client to do a preliminary site inspection, discuss possible designs and budget ranges.
Preliminary Design Meeting with Client, Sign Design Agreement, review code and municipal ordinances, take existing measurements of home and draft preliminary design drawings and concepts.
Present preliminary concepts and drawings to client, draft preliminary project budgets and pricing.
Refine Design Work with client to align design with budget, and work on determining the level of amenities and preliminary selection of products and finishes.
Final Design Work with client to create the final design, specifications and pricing the project.
Preparation for Construction The construction phase of the project is scheduled and the Client signs the Construction Agreement. Sweeney Builders lines up permits, sub-contractors and materials deliveries to streamline job.
Pre-Construction Meeting Our design and production team members meet with Client for a pre-construction information exchange, moving the project from design to construction.
Construction Construction proceeds along agreed upon scope of work. Sweeney Builders continually onsite to monitor construction schedule and quality.
Project Completion At completion we inspect project together with client. Once project is completed to client’s satisfaction, Sweeney Builders and client close out project and warranty period begins.
